I want to thank Creatopath for nominating me for the Liebster award. When she nominated me I had no clue what it was. I have since looked it up. I have to say I am so thankful for all the love I’ve gotten in the last week and a half. I am overwhelmed. I surely didn’t expect the positive response that I have received.
Please visit Creatopath’s site here. She has shown my site much love. Her site is interesting, and she always has something going on.
Okay, I won’t keep y’all waiting any longer. Here are my questions and answers.
What is one of your favorite songs?
It is really hard for me to narrow it down to one song. My taste is very eclectic in music. I am going to list four. I am breaking the rules right off. I guess if you’re going to break them, break them BIG. Here they are in no particular order:
1. “Blowers Daughter” arrangement by Scala and Kolacny Brothers
2. ” Spirit Speaks” by Sons and Daughters acoustic version
3. “The House that Built Me” by Miranda Lambert
4. “Man in the Mirror” Noah Guthrie’s cover
That’s just skimming the surface. I love Music. Okay moving right along.
If someone gave you $5,000 what would you buy?
I would use some on a mission trip and the other I would use it to go toward publishing my book.
What is the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?
Besides the obvious (I won’t state it), I take my four month old puppy outside , and fix breakfast for my three boys (in the south we fix everything or I’m fixin to go somewhere).
What famous person would you like to meet? Why?
I don’t really have a famous person that I want to meet. There are a lot of people from the past that I would have like to have spent time with. Vincent Van Gogh, Martin Luther, Degas, Lucy Maud Montgomery, Shel Silverstein, and there are many more I think the reason is because they all didn’t go with the flow. They were all okay with being different, but they were not without their struggles. That is something that I need to be reminded of every day.
What country would you like to visit and why?
I would like to visit Scotland. The history, the beautiful country, and the dialect.
The following are the bloggers that I am nominating. Strange Place Called Here pours out her heart in every post. Mermaid Fingers has a great wit in her stories that she creates.
These are the five questions for the Liebster Award:
Why did you start a blog?
What is your favorite book?
Where is your favorite place to read?
Who do you admire most and why?
What is one thing that is unique about you?
Here are the rules for the Liebster Award-
1. Link the person who nominated you (that’s me) to your blog post and let them know you answered their questions.
2. Answer the questions given to you by the nominator.
3. Nominate other bloggers for the award.
4. Create questions for your nominees to answer.
5. Let the nominees know that they have been nominated by going to their blog and notifying them.
*Those that I nominated please don’t feel obligated to take part, but if you want to you are more than welcome. It’s another way to meet other bloggers. 🙂
